DDL Systems maintains a 24-hour SupportLine whose mission is to provide our customers with immediate solutions or work-arounds to technical problems and/or questions. All SupportLine calls are monitored and the appropriate systems professional is notified in response to your call. Staffed by automation professionals, development and quality assurance personnel, the SupportLine team is available to react quickly to any request for assistance.

At your request our SupportLine personnel can initiate an "on-line" support session to assist with software problem determination and resolution. This significantly reduces the time required  to troubleshoot software setup issues and provides an efficient platform for conducting remote product education services.

The DDL Systems Automated Response Tracking (D.A.R.T.) system is used to maintain a record of each SupportLine call, showing its progress from initial call to final resolution. This system identifies possible solutions and prioritizes all incoming calls to the SupportLine.

The DDL Systems continuously makes improvements to our software products to meet the changing needs of your business. We closely monitor customer suggestions from our SupportLine, technical consultants, and other industry leaders to ensure our customers receive the most powerful and efficient solutions. All registered customers receive periodic updates and enhancements to the product(s) released during the first twelve (12) month period at no additional charge. All customers have the option of extending the software maintenance contract by twelve (12) months on an annual basis. Any customer enrolled in the annual maintenance contract will receive 24-hour telephone support, revisions, and fixes to the product(s), and any new version of the product(s) as they become available for the twelve (12) month period. "Full-Cut" software versions and program fix information is always available for download directly from the DDL System's web site.
