(D.A.R.T.) system is used to maintain a record of each SupportLine call, showing
its progress from initial call to final resolution. This system identifies possible
solutions and prioritizes all incoming calls to the SupportLine. |

Software Maintenance |

The DDL Systems continuously makes
improvements to our software products to meet the changing needs of your business. We
closely monitor customer suggestions from our SupportLine, technical consultants, and
other industry leaders to ensure our customers receive the most powerful and efficient
solutions. All registered customers receive periodic updates and enhancements to the
product(s) released during the first twelve (12) month period at no additional charge. All
customers have the option of extending the software maintenance contract by twelve (12)
months on an annual basis. Any customer enrolled in the annual maintenance contract will
receive 24-hour telephone support, revisions, and fixes to the product(s), and any new
version of the product(s) as they become available for the twelve (12) month period.
"Full-Cut" software versions and program fix information is always
available for download directly from the DDL System's web site. |
