Microsoft. ACO PAGER can be easily
configured to send system/application messages to any Internet e-mail address. This
feature uses the built-in SMTP support within i5/OS; so there is nothing else to buy. The
software will send messages to your mail server and the mail server will subsequently
deliver the message; routing it internally or sending it to the Internet. The message can
then be received by any MIME compatible e-mail client like Outlook or Notes. With our two-way messaging feature, you can reply
to System i® (or AS/400®) messages using your favorite e-mail client software. |
