NORTHWEST INDIANA/CHICAGOLAND, July 14, 2001--DDL Systems Consulting, Inc. announces ACO Enterprise System Interface™ Version 2.0. ACO ESI™ is a fully scalable systems management solution that works in conjunction with the ACO PAGER™ Message Alert System to manage your enterprise system(s) 24/7.

You set up the specific events you want to monitor (e.g message queues (including QHST), job queues, active jobs, library/file objects, IFS directory objects, spool files, iSeries email, TCP/IP network etc.) and the actions to be performed based on the iSeries specific or generic message id and job information. When a message (or event) is sent to a monitored message queue, the ACO ESI™ Message Server forwards the event to your Enterprise System (e.g. IBM's Tivoli®,  BMC Patrol Enterprise Manager®, Command/Post®, MAX/E®). Based on the automation script logic, the ACO ESI™ Control Server facilitates the execution of automatic message replies and user-defined commands sent from the Enterprise System. In addition, ACO ESI™ sends acknowledgment messages to inform the Enterprise System of their completion status -- all with split second precision.
