December 2007. ACO PAGER™ version 6.0 will include a new System Health Monitor. The System Health Monitor keeps the ACO software agents running smoothly by performing automatic internal system maintenance functions on regular user-defined intervals. It also is capable of sending "heart-beat" messages to your enterprise system (e.g. IBM Tivoli and/or BMC's Patrol) or your two-way device to ensure all systems management functions are working correctly.

September 2007. The ACO Two-Way Messaging engine was significantly enhanced to process message replies and OS/400 commands with greater efficiency and ease of use features. Additionally, support for UTF-8 encoded message replies and Blackberry devices is included. However, these software revisions will certainly enhance the Two-Way messaging experience regardless of the service provider and/or device being used.

May 2007. ACO PAGER™ version 5.2 now monitors the iSeries audit journal (QAUDJRN). The new security audit monitor works exactly like our other monitoring agents and will assist with your SOX compliance issues. All audit journal entry types are supported (as specified in the DSPAUDJRNE command).

November 2006. The ACO Enterprise System Interface™ now monitors your network connected Windows® servers. ACO ESI™'s software agents dynamically monitor the Windows server (application, system, and security) event logs and forward the events that you consider significant to your iSeries. ACO ESI™ has long been able to monitor the xSeries® server logs; this enhancement extends the existing Windows support to networked connected Windows servers.

June 2006. DDL Systems SupportLine provides "on-line" support diagnostic tool. At your request our SupportLine personnel can initiate an "on-line" support session to assist with software problem determination and resolution. This significantly reduces the time required  to troubleshoot software setup issues and provides an efficient platform for conducting remote product education services.

March 2006. DDL Systems, Inc. and an industry leading outsourcing service provider sign an agreement to provide the ACO line of iSeries® (and AS/400) automation software products to support their client implementations of high-end system availability projects.

January 2006. Announcing general availability of ACO PAGER™ Version 5.2. This new version provides significant improvements and enhancements based on reports and requirements identified by our customers and support staff. Contact our sales staff to receive a copy of our Summary Net Change Letter.

September 2005. ACO Client™ for WebSphere® has been significantly enhanced to provide additional ease of use functions as well as a completely re-engineered Work with Messages (e.g.WRKMSG) command to allow complete remote management of your iSeries® from the web. ACO Client™ for WebSphere® runs on most industry standard web application servers; not just WebSphere® application server.

July 2005. The ACO Enterprise System Interface™ is currently being expanded to integrate with IBM's WebSphere Business Integrator® (WBI). This new feature will use the power of IBM's MQ middleware to transport system/application messages (from ACO PAGER™'s messaging engine) to your Enterprise System (e.g. IBM's Tivoli® and/or BMC's Patrol Enterprise Manager®).
